Meet Zach
Zach Hoereth’s path in real estate began when he was in college at Florida Gulf Coast University. Selling million dollar homes on the beach seemed like the dream at the time. But when he started gaining experience, he realized he could service more people in his hometown of Indianapolis.
When he moved to Indianapolis he began his junior year of college. Most college students at this time are thinking about the next party to go to, but not Zach. He was too busy purchasing his first rental property. His first project led him to multiple other properties and eventually apartment buildings. That was three years ago and he hasn’t slowed down since.
Because of his native roots to the Indianapolis market and personal experience in investing and owning property, Zach can help you find income producing properties and reach your real estate goals.
When he’s not working on building his own real estate portfolio, Zach’s focus is on his clients and is always grateful for the opportunity to serve others.
Meet Ivan
Ivan joined The Hoereth Team shortly after he acquired his real estate license at the age of 20. When he was only 19, Ivan purchased his first rental property. He managed a complete remodel of the property while successfully balancing a full course load at Marian University in Indianapolis.
After his first property, Ivan understood how complicated the real estate process can be, but it opened his eyes to the opportunities available. With that in mind, he found his passion for helping investors find and invest in cash flowing properties.
Ivan has seen first hand the headaches real estate can bring. It’s why he works tirelessly to consistently provide value to his clients in the Indianapolis market.
